We are an extremely busy Chamber of Commerce holding the largest mining expo in Australia, networking events, business expos, awards, heading up taskforces and giving members benefits to belong to the chamber. We were all so busy we needed help. Cariblue developed an Administration Plan, job descriptions and systems to streamline our processes and minimise the paperwork in the office. We worked with Cariblue to develop a marketing plan. The marketing plan is just brilliant! The market research gave us valuable information on where we sit and how customers see us. It also gave us really good information to target the markets we are in more efficiently and effectively, as well as how to target new markets we want to expand into. The scorecard was a really good tool to measure and monitor our achievements and we will continue the survey in the future to keep on top of our customer's perceptions and feedback.
