Sarah provides strategic planning knowledge and driving business plans and changes into a range of different industry sectors. She is an accredited facilitator of AICD courses and has an extensive 30 years experience in business management and strategic growth and development in the private, franchise and government sectors. She has a reputation for thinking strategically and challenging entrenched thinking, yet working alongside her clients in providing practical assistance.
Sarah believes in the important of understanding the market and the customers you service, or plan to service, hence her passion for market research.
Franchising is an effective way to scale businesses and she has been a keen advocate of franchising since being CEO of national franchise, First Class Accounts, with over 150 franchisees nationally. She works with businesses who are looking for opportunities to scale their business, everything from duplicating to two branches continuing with the existing ownership to developing and launching franchises and then assisting them to grow nationally.
In 2012 Sarah brought BforB business networking franchise to Australia and having set up and tested the system in South East Queensland has now begun franchising with the objective of rolling out nationally.

Sarah was the 2013 QLD/ NT 'Franchise Woman of the Year.' and is a former member of the Franchise Council of Australia's Queensland committee. She was the also the 2012 Australian Institute of Management Owner Manager of the Year for the Gold Coast.
