About Cariblue

Sarah heads up the team providing strategic planning knowledge and driving business plans and changes into a range of different industry sectors. She is an accredited facilitator of AICD courses and has an extensive 30 years experience in business management and strategic growth and development in the private, franchise and government sectors. She has a reputation for thinking strategically and challenging entrenched thinking, yet working alongside her clients in providing practical assistance. Her experience includes CEO of a national franchise, is currently a member of the Franchise Council of Australia’s Queensland Committee, and is an experienced Board member.

Jaime brings experience in Senior Management roles, combining this with strategic planning to develop marketing strategies that support business growth and organisational goals. She provides both thinking at a strategic level and provides practical knowledge and skills of implementing this across all business industries. Her industry experience ranges from a variety of business sectors and in the majority of her career in major national franchises.

Ewan brings skills in qualitative and quantitative marketing research and analysis to provide our clients both insight and facts to inform marketing and strategic decision making. Studying International Marketing in Australia and Denmark, Ewan’s marketing research experience includes working with both public and private sector clients within Australia and the United Kingdom researching domestic and international markets.

Rebecca brings experience in developing and implementing both marketing and PR strategies that generate press coverage and increase brand recognition. She has worked in an operational capacity in many franchise businesses, driving business growth and system processes. She has also worked across the wider business sector researching, planning, and implementing business communications, acting as a media liaison and client relationship building. Her practical experience and knowledge across the business sector allows her to be a valuable asset to all client businesses.

Emma brings a wide range of experience in project management, customer service and administration in various industry sectors. As well as providing administrative support on all our projects, Emma manages the office and makes sure our projects are delivered in a timely manner.
